          Chen Qinli, born in 1960, is a native of Xinjiang, Shanxi. Member of China Lacquer Painting Research Association, Member of Lacquer Art Professional Committee of Chinese Society of Arts and Crafts, Distinguished Professor of Suzhou Vocational and Technical College of Arts and Crafts, Visiting Professor of Art College of Taiyuan University of Technology, Master of Shanxi Lacquer Art, Master of Art and Craft of Shanxi Province, Shanxi Xinjiang Master Artistic director of Yundiao Art Institute.

          Representative works include "Soul of China", "Forbidden City" and "Rhinoceros Box". "The Soul of China" appeared in the first National Lacquer Painting Exhibition and was collected by the National Art Museum of China; the work "Forbidden City" was selected into the "Complete Works of Chinese Arts and Crafts".
